To mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on Saturday, Albatera Handicaps Association in collaboration with the Center for Occupational and Brotherhood Azahares Our Father Jesus of Health and Our Lady of Hope, organized workshops on awareness disability.
The aim was to sensitize the general population of the difficulties that people with disabilities have to deal with both instrumental and basic situations of everyday life.
The workshops were held in the Plaza of Spain and had the presence of Elche CF players, Alberto Rivera and Miguel Palanca and Captain of El Pozo Murcia and international with the Spanish and vice world Tailandia'12, Kike Boned.
Players were faced with situations like walking wheelchair spaces, tasks blindfolded, with one hand and play sports with a visual or hearing impairment.
