The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, attended this afternoon at the presentation of the acts that the Association of Cristo de la Salud (parade Tuesday) has organized the 50th Anniversary of the exit procession of the Virgin of the first pain.
The ceremony was also attended by several councilors of the Municipal Corporation and various personalities from the world of culture, politics and the military.
During the ceremony proceeded to the presentation of the Matron's Anniversary, Marisol Meroño Balsalobre, and Honorary President of the same, José Luis Mendoza Perez.
The Eucharist was presided by the Vicar General of the Diocese, Juan Tudela.
The event concluded with a concert by White Voices of Child Coral Capuchin College, who have played several carols.
Among the program of events is presented the second cycle of the lecture series titled Images of Faith: The image of the Blessed Mother in the Passion of Murcia Guilds.
The sessions will be held from Thursday, January 17, to January 31.
It has also been called a pilgrimage to Caravaca de la Cruz, where the entourage of Health will be received by the mayor on 9 February.
