The cooking cycle equality, traditional kitchen garden that have made the members of the Women's Center Classroom Raimundo Gonzalez Gourmet food market Veronicas, ends today.
In total we have developed nine days in which members of the women's centers of New Javalí, Santa Eulalia, Fleet, Vistalegre, Ermita de Burgos, Casillas and Zarandona taught to cook typical dishes such as ratatouille, pork pot , rice and beans, garlic cabañil rabbit, fresh salad, oxtail, tripe, donuts and paparajotes.
400 women participated, including cooks and assistants.
The Councillor for Equality Policies and Development Cooperation, Alicia Barquero, has attended the last class in which women participated Centers for Women and Zarandona Vistalegre, and prepared wheat porridge, cod encebollao and Christmas treats.
This course is part of the Culinary Classroom programming, the Department of Employment, Trade and Enterprise, and will again be held in 2013.
The objective of this initiative is to involve the Centers for Women to publicize traditional recipes from the garden of Murcia, passing from mother to daughter.
