Carlos Sanz Hernandez, president of the Foundation "Carlos Sanz, transplant and sport" received at the University of Murcia Heart Solidarity Award 2012, which calls ADEMTRA association (Association of Transplanted Murciana) in collaboration with the Vice President for Student and Employment educational institution.

This national award, consisting of a sculpture by Salvador ciezano Susarte, recognizes individuals or organizations that have distinguished themselves by promoting, altruistically and positive, the donation of organs for transplantation, support for transplant recipients or awaiting transplantation and dedication in the investigation determined.

During the presentation, held at the Faculty of Social Work, the president participated Football Federation of the Region of Murcia, José Miguel Monk, who made the award-winning portrayal.

The event was chaired by the Vice President for Students and Employment, Maribel Sanchez-Mora, dean of the School of Social Work, Enrique Pastor and ADEMTRA president Jose Angel Sanchez.
