Progress and Democracy Union has held this weekend a meeting with the new members and supporters, where they explained the inner workings of the Local Council of Murcia, future activities to be undertaken and the lines of policy and planned expansion in the town.
At the meeting involved the regional coordinator, Rafael Sanchez, councilors in the city of Murcia Ruben Juan Serna and José Antonio Sotomayor, and the organization responsible for local, Daniel Trigueros.
As explained UPyD spokesman Murcia in the city council, Juan Ruben Serna, "we welcome more and more people are joining this project go, joining a future game that has regeneration and transparency as the hallmarks".
To Serna, UPyD Murcia will be decisive in the next election which is convinced that the Popular Party lost the absolute majority.
"We have every intention of being critical," says the mayor of the formation magenta.
Remember that the Local Council is responsible, among other functions, to coordinate the activities of the local party or maintain communication with members and supporters, providing enough information about the activity of the party in its scope.
