Universities of Murcia and Cartagena, through the Chair of Family Business Campus Mare Nostrum, and the Association of Family Business Murciana (Amefmur) have launched the third edition of the course of family business management, an initiative aimed at professionalize the management of these companies.
In the opening ceremony, held at the Faculty of Economics and Business, attended by the rector of Students and Employment at the University of Murcia, Maribel Sanchez-Mora, the director of Amefmur, Debla Orihuela, the director of the Department of Company Family, Angel Meroño, and honorary director, Juan Monreal.
The purpose of the course is to provide the tools and models that enable managers of family businesses make better decisions.
His character easier to follow by semi professionals and combines theoretical knowledge with practical business experiences derivatives.
The planned program is divided into different areas that deal with the culture of the family business, governing bodies, human capital management, taxation, labor problems and financing options.
