UPyD Murcia rejects any increase in taxes that impact "on family economies rather than harmed" (18/10/2012)

Ruben Juan Serna disagrees with the new prices public "and particularly with the rise of IBI" while regretting that failure to transmit the information to other groups that make up the Corporation to assess and agree to this type decision

Progress and Democracy Union in the city of Murcia, through his spokesman, Ruben Juan Serna, expressed his rejection "any tax increase that impact on the already damaged household economies", in relation to the new rates and public prices announced by the Councillor for Economy and Finance, Isabel Martínez Conesa.

"In this time of crisis" and a "poor economic situation rather than" new fees and taxes, especially the Property Tax (IBI), "we will have a major impact" in all Murcia.

To Serna, rising as the IBI tax is unfair "because it affects everyone equally, regardless of their status or income level" and that further complicates the situation of some residents of the municipality "punished by unemployment, the increase in VAT and a very battered economy. "

Meanwhile, the mayor of the formation is believed magenta very difficult to assess in perspective these new rates and public prices update without knowing the actual budgets for next year.

Ruben Juan Serna believes that these budgets "should show a significant reduction in spending" that renders unnecessary tributariamente pressing fiscal and families of the municipality "something that has not happened in previous years where we believe that there has been an overspend" .

"We hope you have a significant drop in costs," concludes Serna.
