The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, in the context of the services specified in the "Plan for the Prevention of Crimes against property" in the Region of Murcia, has proceeded to the arrest of five youths, three of them children, Beniaján-Murcia on suspicion of criminal typology.
The alleged perpetrators of the robbery, jumped a wall and used force to enter the home where stolen electronics, that after the Civil Guard investigation has been recovered from them.
The Civil Guard launched an investigation to have knowledge of the commission of a robbery in a house in Beniaján-Murcia, allegedly by a group of youths.
Following initial research conducted to determine the action unlawfully and authorship of the robbery, the Civil Guard found as the offense was committed by a group of people who, after climbing a wall of high-rise accessed the property by force and finally subtracted from inside a mobile terminal, a computer and a television.
Thanks to the cooperation of citizens, officers were able to identify several involved in this criminal act, continuing research in order to fully identify all those responsible.
The result of the search established Civil Guard located the five suspects, effecting his arrest and remand in custody on suspicion of felony burglary.
In addition, they were also charged with the offense of resistance and disobedience to law enforcement, because of high opposition presented to agents at the time of his arrest.
Detainee
This action has proceeded to the arrest of five people, three of them minors, on suspicion of a robbery in inner housing and resistance to law enforcement officers, identified as:
- Spanish, 21, resident of Murcia
- Spanish, age 19, resident of Murcia
- Three minors.
Two of the detainees have numerous precedents for committing similar crimes
Effects recovered
As part of this service has been recovered so far, the stolen computer, which after being taken into custody has been returned to its rightful owner.
Detainees, effects recovered and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Murcia.
