In accordance with the Adjustment Plan submitted by the city of Murcia, in accordance with Royal Decree 4/2012 of 24 February, the draft Ordinances Fiscal policy actions proposed as the correct income financing fees and public to conform to actual cost of services through four lines of action:
1. - Measures to support families and businesses in meeting their tax obligations.

3. - Homogenization, adjustment and simplification of tariffs.
Updating is proposed and existing tariff adjustments to the CPI, except in the IBI that fits below the CPI.
4. - Adding to the catalog of new fees for administrative services, in order to pass on the cost of services to citizens directly benefit from them, they are, in short, they face a greater extent, the costs they generate.
New rates:
