Improve and modernize the traditional infrastructure of Murcia is the main objective of the collaboration is going to carry out the city of Murcia with the Board of Landowners.
The Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light this morning to the collaboration between the two institutions, which is part of the protocol agreed actions in 2010 and has as its objectives:
- Undertake improvements in irrigation infrastructure.
- Modernize water use instruments.
- Conduct environmental regeneration improvement of rivers, canals and meranchos, among others.
- Improve security infrastructure for irrigation and water harvesting.
- Provide training to farmers irrigators to achieve sustainable development of its business, with the objective that it is cost effective and environmentally friendly.
