The University of Murcia will host 600 foreign students during the first semester of the 2012/2012, which will join the more than 300 foreign students who are scheduled to be incorporated into the second.
In total, during this course, about 1,800 students (incoming and outgoing) are involved in any of the mobility programs administered by the Department of International Relations at the educational institution.
Erasmus program are 652 students at the University of Murcia who are studying in more than 300 partner universities in Europe, representing an increase of 37 students over the year 2011/2012, while the University of Murcia receives 415 European students.
Activity flows to Latin America are mainly under the ILA own program, with 53 students from the University of Murcia in Murcia and 19 American.
Also through the agreement with the Dominican Republic, in its fourth year has led to the arrival of 76 students, and by the Science Without Borders program, which promotes mobility of 21 undergraduate students from Brazil.
U.S. mobility is mainly through the ISEP program, which has been reinforced exchange this year with agreements with universities of Simpson College, West Virginia and Oregon State.
This course will reach 17 students from U.S. universities and exit 15 of the University of Murcia.
In Asian countries, mainly through the Erasmus Mundus program, the University of Murcia receives 37 foreigners from countries such as China, Thailand and India.
Practices Under the Erasmus program has sent 20 students abroad and has hosted nine foreigners, while, under other agreements curricular practices of the Faculty of Education, two students have left Murcia.
With regard to national and SICUE program, 208 students have left the University of Murcia and there have been 43 different Spanish universities.
