The new bus service efficiently and effectively began its journey with the opening of the new office customer.

The Mayor, Miguel Ángel Cámara, accompanied by the Councillor for Traffic and Transport, Javier Iniesta, Transport Manager of Murcia, Alberto Egido, and Fernanbús manager, José María Catalán, this morning visited this place located in Plaza de Camachos number 2.

In the new office, which occupies a low of about 50 square meters, can be purchased from this afternoon, the new bonds of urban bus.

The main novelty is that, rather than each bond has a certain number of trips, bonds are a money card with cheap travel.

So there are four different types:

- General Bono: red and with the image of the Cathedral on the back.

The municipal subsidy on the price of a single ticket is 33.3% so each trip will cost 0.70 euros.

- Bonus retirees: yellow and with Jorge Manrique Gateway on the back.

It is fully funded by the City

- General Large Family Bonus: green and Table 'The sugar' of Ramón Gaya on the back.

The municipal subsidy compared to regular ticket is 50% so each trip will cost around $ 0.50.

- Large Family Special Bonus: purple and with a picture of the City Hall Annex building.

It is fully funded by the City.

The bonds will be retired and custom large family including a photograph of the user, their name and ID.

To do this in the same office will be a system that will direct the customer to print photo on the card.

Remember that regular ticket rate from October 1 will be the same as at present, 1.05 euros.

The office, in which there is a job where the bonds are issued and a map of existing lines, is perfectly adapted for the disabled.

The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 9 to 14 and from 17 to 20 hours and on Saturdays from 9 to 13 hours.

The Council aims so users of the new bus service have an easily accessible place where they can receive information from the five new lines while performing any procedure relating to the new notes.

In addition to be able to learn in a classroom, users will have the phone and email 968.216405 info@tmurcia.com to answer your questions and offer suggestions.

Similarly, in the near future will start a comprehensive website that will display the network of lines, timetables and frequencies there will be a section where you can check real time information on when the next bus passes, and a commuter area, where users can find information on rates, recommendations, surveys, suggestions and lost.
