IU-Greens will submit a question to the next Full Council of Murcia to request information on the implementation of relevant works to prevent flooding of the hamlet of Lobosillo during heavy storms.
Councilman left formation, José Ignacio Tornel, explained that the highway RM 2 causes a "funnel effect" that rainwater flowed under one of the overpasses and directs Lobosillo center.
