The writer Maria Dueñas presented Wednesday, Sept. 12, at the University of Murcia, his new novel "Lost Mission", in a ceremony to be held in the auditorium, the Merced campus.
Duenas, who is a professor of English at the University, will be accompanied by the rector of the institution, José Antonio Cobacho, and literary critic and Professor of Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature José María Pozuelo Yvancos.
The event will begin at 19:30 pm and admission is free until all seats.
With this work, a story of love and exile somewhere between Spain and the United States, the author will try to repeat the success of his first novel, "The time between seams", which has become a publishing phenomenon with over a million copies sold and translated into more than thirty languages, in addition to its television adaptation to premiere.
Both novels are published by Editions Today.
