Athletes of the UCAM still a good start in the Olympic Games (30/07/2012)

San Antonio Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) is in luck, because six athletes linked to the university who have come to the London 2012 Olympic Games, such as Adrian Gavira (beach volleyball), Shen Yanfei (tennis table), Zhu Fang (table tennis), Benjamin Sanchez (athletics), Miguel Angel Lopez (athletics) and David Barlow (basketball), who participated in their categories and have obtained excellent results.

For now, the Spanish pair of beach volleyball, composed by Adrian Gavira and Pablo Herrera, were superior to those Czechs beat the 25-23 and 21-16.

With respect to table tennis, Shen Yanfei was classified last Sunday to the quarterfinals, after beating France's Li Xue by a clear 4-0.

Notably, David Barlow, CB Murcia UCAM player participates in the Olympics with the Australian team.
