The House supports the FEMP proposals for reform of the Basic Law on Local Government (26/07/2012)

The full City Council of Murcia has unanimously approved a motion with the aim of supporting the proposals agreed by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces in the reform of the Basic Law on Local Government, and urge the National Government should agree to with the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces such reform.

Likewise, also unanimously adopted a motion from left local group United for the development of a study for the elimination of traffic black spot on the road Salabosque.

The Plenary also agreed to send a letter requesting the Segura basin to continue with the maintenance and cleaning in the area Contraparada.

It also unanimously adopted a motion Municipal Socialist Group to study the parking situation annexed to the old stadium Condomina, and has given its approval to a motion of the PSOE to review the terms of the concessions of the Leisure Centres Fleet, JC1, La Alberca, Cabezo of Torres and La Alberca.

Councillor Recruitment and Heritage, Cosme Ruiz, has indicated that it will create a commission to study technical and legal concessions sports complexes.

It was also unanimously adopted the motion of the municipal group UPyD to dedicate a street, avenue, square or roundabout with the name 'Blood Donor', to honor those who donate blood.

Moreover, the motions of the United Left-Greens and Grupo Union, Progress and Democracy on the arrival of the AVE have been on the table with the aim of presenting at the next plenary a joint motion of the four political groups in the city of Murcia showing their desire that the AVE arrive in 2014, and that the underground works, for the arrival of the AVE, are made as soon as possible.
