Among the actions that the City of Murcia has developed for local administration closer to its citizens, more effective and efficient, now starts a new regulation on the operation of the General Register of the City Council, whose project has received this week approval of the Governing Board.
This legislation will allow the General Register of the City Council adopt a series of organizational measures to decentralize it, modernize and adapt the devices and channels for administrative information, make submissions, communications, documents, obtain copies of these, make suggestions and complaints, and how to carry out the use of telecommunications technologies.
Decentralization and control.
The regulations aim is to have their own regulations to ensure their effective functioning.
With the new regulations, the Registrar General, which until now had only input and output documents will now be in addition to face, mail and also will be made by the Registrar General and Assistant Central, thus contributing to greater decentralization of the same without obligation of having to go through the Central Registry only had so far, although everything will be centralized in the Central.

One of the innovations that are implemented with this regulation is the identification number of records that will be delivered both in person as telematics and permit a greater control over it by the public, who may have knowledge of the evolution.
