In order to offer children alternatives to leisure, recreational and educational nature that support their personal development and active participation, to prevent, intervene and identify situations of risk or social exclusion of children, the Governing Board Murcia City Council gave the green light this morning the contract specification for service activities with children and adolescents and summer schools to develop October 2012 to September 2013.
The total amount is a maximum of 368,582, 40 euros.
These activities are intended to promote positive relationships, healthy habits, through team work, play, physical activity and sport, culture and creative action.
Tenderers may submit their tender jointly for the three lots that are detailed in the preceding paragraph, or individually for each of them, but always the two projects, both of Activities with Children develop from October to May as the Summer School in July and / or August to be held in the manner indicated in this Specification.
When bidders submit a single bid for three lots, the price shall include itemized for each of them.
The successful tenderer will carry out actions and perform the tasks covered by the statement with children under 6 to 12 years, and can be expanded to other age ranges in those neighborhoods and districts that are considered appropriate and according to objective criteria established from the Municipal Service of Social Services.
Project Activities with children and adolescents will be held from October 1 to May 31 and the proposed Summer School in July, in the following areas of action, with their neighborhoods and / or districts:
LOT 1, NORTH: This corresponds to the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipal Center of Social Services North Murcia, being initially scheduled for development in 11 districts in their area.
LOT 2, SOUTH: It corresponds to the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipal Center of Social Services South Murcia, being initially scheduled for development in 7 districts in their area.
LOT 3, AREA CITY OF MURCIA: Corresponds to the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipal Center of Social Services City of Murcia, being initially scheduled for development in 13 neighborhoods in their area
