The Governing Council on a proposal from the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, has authorized a total of 3,417,798 euros to extend until 2014 the reserve contracts and occupation of 137 residential places for elderly care in the municipality of Murcia .
Specifically, there will be two contracts, one for an amount of 2,180,721 euros in the center Caser Murcia situated in the hamlet of Santo Angel, who have 80 seats, and other internal Montepinar in El Esparragal, which will 57 seats for 1,237,076 euros.
The aim of this initiative is to ensure the care of dependent older people requiring comprehensive services to perform daily activities and who for various reasons can not receive in their social and family environment.
Thus, it provides for the development of a personalized care program to maintain health, independence and inclusion of the resident.
