The mayor of the Socialist Group today called Mar Rosa Councilman Procurement, Cosme Ruiz, a visit to New Urbanism building, located between the streets and Ibn cArabi Marqués de los Vélez, to check its status.
The locals have been in contact with Rosa to show concern about the deterioration that is suffering the new municipal building and upset because they say, inside there are rats and cats.
Therefore, the socialist mayor has requested this visit, to check whether that building is suffering damage without even having been released and if there is indeed a plague of rats in it, because according to the councilman Recruitment, in response to a question made in writing by Rosa, "is not yet indicate the final date of the opening and operation of this property" which, they said, has not been any deterioration detected by municipal technicians and no plague of rats.
"As residents continue to insist on the contrary we want to check the state is," insists the PSOE councilor, who also recalls the continuing delays in the construction of this infrastructure and the problems that these breaches of time limits are causing the traders who decided to open a business in the area.
Remember a few months ago over a thirty businessmen also expressed outrage at the delays in the opening of this property and economic losses of jobs and that this situation was causing them.
"A concern of small businesses now joins the neighbors who continue to be uneasy about the situation of the building and the proliferation of rats and cats inside," he concludes.
