The Club honors Ferro Bullfighting in Murcia (01/07/2012)

The Festival de Cante Flamenco de Lo Ferro had the honor to present its program in Murcia Bullfighting Club Friday night June 29.

During the ceremony involved the president of Club Bullfighting in Murcia, Alfonso Aviles, the Councillor of Finance of the City of Torre Pacheco, Maria Dolores Valcárcel, and the Director of the Festival de Cante Flamenco de Lo Ferro, Francisco Aparicio.

After the presentation there was a flamenco performance at the hands of Alberto Sanchez "The Almond" Golden Melon (singer award more complete) and Ferro The Mill Award (to the best Ferrena sung), accompanied by the dedicated touch guitarist Antonio Fernández "El Torero" and the dance by Maria Carmen Baños.

The Flamenco Festival will honor Ferro Murcia Bullfighting Club for his career and dissemination of art and the owner and manager of the Plaza de Toros de Murcia, Angel Bernal, in his purest night, which awarded four singers will perform Golden Melon: Thomas Pereila, Alberto Sanchez "The Almond" Raul Alcantara "The Trojan" and Miguel de Tena, accompanied by Antonio Carrión touch, and Antonio Fernández "El Torero".

Furthermore Alfonso Aviles, president of Murcia Bullfighting Club, expressed appreciation for the great performance at the club that night, for the honor of the 125th anniversary of the club at the Festival Flamenco de Lo Ferro on August 22.

He also described the relationship between the bulls and flamenco as two universal artistic expression, "do not know any bullfighter who does not like flamenco, flamenco or any not like bulls," said Alfonso Aviles.
