The PSOE councilor recalled that this situation has already been reported several times by the Socialist Group and even raised a motion in Parliament urging September 2009 to fix the problem but after three years demonstrates the inability of PP and neglect the neighboring villages.

"We are convinced that if these same problems are present near the city, be resolved with more agility," said Zapata.

No sewer for 200 meters

Also Councilman Jose Zapata stated that at this stage of the XXI century there are still neighbors who are not connected to the sewerage and sewage.

This is the case of the 16 families living in the villages of the areas of Los Garcias and Villa Tadea where the network has become a mere 200 meters.

Private paralyzed, preventing the passage to the roads

Zapata also has sued the city government to find a solution to the halting of the development works promoted by Eden Sea in the partial plan of Avileses ZU-JA in the area of El Hondón.

The work stopped four years ago but the fence continues to prevent the neighbors use traditional paths that are obstructed by building materials, to access their homes.

In this sense, Zapata demand the City Council to complete the development works under the collateral deposited by the developer.

Danger from an ancient pool of water
