About 150 people attended last Thursday to the party theme "White Night", organized by the Royal Casino Restaurant Murcia (RRCM) from the hand of French Champagne Perrier-Jouët.
This initiative is part of "Nights on the Patio Blue ', which aims to thematize this space designed by Clavel Architects.
The menu began with an exhibition and tasting of cutting Iberian Ham, OD Jabugo and cheese tasting international copyright cheese 'The Milkmaid of Bordeaux'.
And the following covers: 'Candy, foie gras with red fruit cream', 'porcini risotto with truffles', 'duck confit parmentier currant cream' and 'Golden Delicious chocolate and champagne'.
The gastronomic consultant and trainer RRCM Qualification Center Tourism, Francisco Garcia, explained that "this event has had as its protagonist a champagne with two centuries of history," he said.
"Since the Perrier-Jouët champagnes are distinguished by their high proportion of Chardonnay that comes from the best slopes of the Côte des Blancs region."
In his view, the RRCM "is slowly gaining prestige among the Murcia of all ages, as the theme nights are having a response and unprecedented success," he said.
"These are events that popularize the consumption of beverages of high quality, ranging from the Albariño premium gins, through the champagne. Where lead caps are designed at an unbeatable price," he added.
