The Socialist Group in plenary the PP require compliance with the ordinance regulating fencing and cleaning solar (21/06/2012)

Councilwoman Susan Hernandez laments the proliferation of land throughout the municipality where they accumulate debris, the remains of works, equipment, authentic urban dumps a few meters from the homes of many residents generating pockets of dirt that often give rise to insects and rodents

The socialist mayor Susana Hernandez defend a motion in Parliament this month demanding that the local government to enforce once and for all Article 19 of the Ordinance on the enclosed street cleaning and cleaning of solar forcing landowners to fence them and keep them clean and if not, the responsibility lies in the alternative on the City Council.

In this regard, Hernandez recalled that the Consistory has contracted with a cleaning service company and solar fencing, however-claim-it is clear that it did not work because urban landfills, far from eradicated, continue to appear throughout to the town, full of garbage, debris, appliances and much dirt (Infante Juan Manuel, The Master, Guadeloupe, Cabezo de Torres, Javalí New Fleet, Sangonera La Verde and La Seca, etc.).

"Authentic urban landfills offer a deplorable image of the municipality and, in most cases, are located a few meters from the homes of many residents, creating pockets of debris that often lead to the emergence of insects and rodents with the arrival of warm weather and high temperatures, "says the PSOE councilor.

There are many occasions when the Socialist Group has shown that situation through the media and many requests and questions to the plenary, but the problem has been mitigated in the least, since some of them have been cleared after complaints, but over time have again become dung for the lack of control of the PP that is unable even to maintain optimum conditions the city-owned lots.

Thus, Hernandez asked once again to the City that meets the ordinance, make a campaign of shock and increase the awareness campaigns to promote and inert debris landfill city where citizens can deposit a certain type of waste.
