The UCAM Symposium to celebrate the Pedagogical Education in Technical Careers (20/06/2012)

The Hall of the Catholic University San Antonio (UCAM) has welcomed today the First Day of Teaching in Educational Careers UCAM Techniques, organized by the School of Architecture and Engineering Building of the UCAM, in collaboration with the Grade in Education of the University, and coordinated by the engineers, and teachers of the School, Jesus Alcaniz, and Carmelo Carrasco.

The director of the School of Architecture and Building Engineering, and Architecture Degree UCAM, Juan Roldan, opened the symposium accompanied by the Director of Academic Affairs, and Deputy Dean of Degrees in Early Childhood and Primary, Maria del Mar Pintado.

The director of the School of Architecture and Building Engineering, Juan Roldan and Director of Academic Affairs, María del Mar Painting, explained that the Day of Teaching Pedagogical technical courses, addressed to the faculty of Architecture Degrees Construction and Engineering has had as main objective to analyze and discuss, through a variety of special sessions, teaching techniques more effective and appropriate, in order to improve both the teaching, as teaching and research quality of teachers, doctors, and researchers areas of architecture and engineering.

Juan and Maria del Mar Roldan Pintado, have expressed satisfaction with the development of this educational activity and highlighted the high level of presentations by various experts in this interdisciplinary Day, during which they have addressed topical issues, as teacher profiles and assessment of teaching in the ANECA Curriculum Mainstreaming, or usefulness of the model in the teaching-learning process.
