The performance is included in the Comprehensive Plan Maintenance City Bridges

This action is part of making the council within the Comprehensive Plan for Bridge Maintenance of the city which holds the council, which has already taken part in improving the Bridge Miguel Indurain.

The Board has given its approval to the award of this project, totaling 49,560 euros.

The slip mat prevents water from collecting on it, so avoid slipping on wet pavement and glass breakage cobblestones.

The carpet has been chosen 'Coral Grip of 16 mm thick, gray, which provides great grip.

The pavement 'Coral Grip' is usually placed in areas of access to buildings, as it is an ideal barrier against dirt and dust, and provides an excellent non-slip surface with the addition of small granulated particles of PVC.

Normally, 'Coral Grip comes with an open structure without setback, but can also be produced with the back of vinyl to get their water resistance, as has been done for Zubi-Zuri Bridge of Bilbao.

The Department has obtained authorization from the creator of this bridge engineer to install this type of material also, so as to cover the whole area step except the lateral light bands.

This gateway is a new communication channel pedestrian on the river, which emphasizes the lightweight structural design and use of advanced materials such as steel and glass.
