The Municipal Socialist Group spokesperson, Pedro Lopez, believes that the images released today by the media which sees some of the PP councilors playing with her during the last plenary Ipad further aggravate the bad perception that citizens have of the political class.
"If you see us as a problem, these images will have their opinion even worse, so it should be developed mechanisms to sanction such behavior."
Lopez points out that these images are also a lack of respect, not only to all citizens but to the full-body which includes representatives from Murcia, and the opposition, because they were taken while debating motions calling for improvements and neighbors Algezares neighborhood of El Carmen.
The only way to combat these images is a transparent, says the Socialist spokesman, who noted that the first motion presented by the PSOE in this legislature was to request the municipal plenary sessions would be recorded and broadcast over the Internet.
"Surely this would avoid such situations," reiterates Lopez.
Finally, the Socialist spokesman said that these photographs are a reflection of the way of governing People's Party, after 17 years of absolute majority, has lost respect for the institutions and the citizens they represent.
