Maria Dolores Garcia Mompeán, Women's Center of Santa Eulalia, was the winner of painting flowers and books, performed at the Centers for Women.
The award consisted of an original painting donated by the painter Juan Cortes Abellán Murcia.
This event is organized by the Department of Political Equality and Development Cooperation of the Municipality of Murcia, who leads Alice Waterman, with the collaboration of the Foundation of Friends of Reading.
The goal is to join two artistic activities such as painting and literature.
At the event were presented 21 paintings of women members of 9 Centers for Women.
The exhibition of works by participants can be seen at the Women's Center of Santa Eulalia, until 8 June, in time of 10-12 hours and 18-20 hours.
