Councillor for Economy and Finance Isabel Martinez Conesa today took part in the forum "The Spanish Capital Markets" organized by Euromoney and was held in Madrid.

In his speech, Martinez Conesa has addressed the funding of local and regional governments, along with the CFO of the Xunta de Galicia, Manuel Galdo, the director of capital markets Valencian Finance Institute, and director Nicholas Jannone General Economy of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Jordi Oliva.

In the forum participated, among others, the president of COFIDES, Salvador Marin, the deputy director general for Economic and Financial Affairs European Commission, Servaas Deroose, associate director at Standard & Poors, Jose Ramon Abos, the deputy director of Finance and Treasury Official Credit Institute (ICO), Antonio Cordero and responsible credit and local and regional institutions.
