"Almost half of the Spanish have digestive problems caused by the destruction of the intestinal flora or the use of antibiotics, which leads us to recommend an increased use of probiotics, such as PROTRANSITUS.

After analyzing the eating habits of students in the UCAM, we found that only 10.1% of them the cereal ration recommended, and only 19.8% eat the fruit you need, and both are very important in food given dietary fiber content.

We have also found that only 31% of the population consumes the recommended dairy and which may be partly due to lactose intolerance and require the use of nutritional supplements, as NUTIRA, to allow proper digestion of foods containing lactose such as milk, sausages or processed.

In contrast, we detected a significant increase in the consumption of sausages, rich in saturated fat and salt, bakery products, rich in trans fats and simple sugars, "they say. Researchers emphasize however as positive data, consumption by students of other beneficial nutrients such as olive oil, poultry and legumes. "We must promote the hobby among college by eating fresh, natural foods in the face to prevent nutritional deficiencies and imbalances, as well as the regular practice of moderate physical exercise, as this impacts beneficially on bowel function.

Public authorities should provide human and material resources to maintain our traditional dietary habits and match them with the lifestyles of modern societies. "
