The Councillor for Environment, Adela Martinez-Cachá, has joined this morning's bike ride that has organized the school's Arboleja on his cultural week dedicated to the bike and ecology.
Students in 2 nd and 3 rd cycle participated in a cycle route to the Wheel of The Nora, and have used it to see how the wheel and its origins.
MARTINEA-Cachá has emphasized the need to use the bike because it is an economical means of transportation, clean and healthy.
It has also announced that a bicycle parking will be encouraged at school because many students who bike to class.
This activity is supported by the Office of the Bicycle Hall of Murcia and coincides with the celebration of Europe's Green Week.
The Office of the City of Murcia Cycling promotes standardization and full integration of the bicycle as a means of transport in Murcia.
The bicycle is the ideal means of transportation to solve some of the most important problems of the city as air quality, noise, energy conservation, regional planning and urban development, accident prevention and driver education.
From the Office of the Bicycle encourages and supports schools, associations, groups and organizations to organize activities to encourage bicycle use.
