The University of Murcia has signed an agreement with the Bar Association for the delivery joint Master's Degree in Law, with what is given and response to the demands of the law that regulates the production of this title which enables the exercise of the profession.
The University of Murcia collaborate in teaching through the School of Legal Practice, as evidenced in the signing ceremony, held at the Convalescent, the seat of Chancellor.
The director of the School of Legal Practice and initiator of the agreement, Professor Fernando Jimenez Conde, said that it will meet the requirements of Law 34/2006 on access to the legal profession and writing collaboration plasma is maintained for over thirty years with the College of Murcia.
The firm was also present the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Faustino Cava, speaking graduates access to the legal profession through the Masters and the training that comes with these studies to the practice of law.
The dean of the College, Francisco Martinez-Escribano, stressed the importance of the Act and the need to complete the theoretical teaching future lawyers with practical training, for which, he said, we have a wonderful Faculty and School.
In conclusion, the chancellor of the University, José Antonio Cobacho, said the Master represents a quantum leap for attorneys and something that had been demanding for a long time.
