Progress Quarter will have a kiosk-bar in the garden next to the doctor in order to revitalize the garden and create jobs.
The Board of Governors approved the specifications for the granting of a recreational and leisure facility, kiosk, in the municipal garden.
The facility will occupy a parcel of up to 137 m2, and will go up to 70 m2 at the kiosk, including the platform, and the rest up to another 67 m2, which may contribute to the use of terrace with tables and chairs .
Thus, the government team claims that this kiosk involves the greater use and enjoyment of the citizens of the hamlet's main garden, offering a more attractive for residents to use public spaces.
The lease duration is 20 years, renewable.
It will establish an annual fee of 2,400 euros.
Bids may be submitted within fifteen days from the day following the publication of the tender in the BORM.
