In 2011 have been collected 904,000 kilos of clothes in the 126 containers placed in Murcia and districts

The Abraham Project Association will continue to develop their projects with the support and cooperation of the City of Murcia.

The Councillor for Health and Social Welfare, María del Carmen Pelegrin, met with President of the association, Rafael Sanchez, to explore new projects.

Abraham Project performed in conjunction with the City, installing collection bins of clothes, toys and shoes in different parts of Murcia and districts.

In total there are 126 containers scattered throughout the municipality.

In 2011 it has collected a total of 904,000 kilos of clothes, shoes and toys.

This organization develops programs of social care, housing, health and social work, child care, education and awareness.

Are devoted primarily to comprehensive support to immigrant children and people at risk and / or social exclusion.
