With the objectives of promoting integration standard school children belonging to disadvantaged socio-family, and establish channels of information, referral and coordination with schools, the Governing Board of the City of Murcia has given the green light to Support Schooling for the current year.
With the implementation of this project also aims to give children the necessary school materials for the development of school work, support families in the purchase of equipment for children's participation in school activities, guide families and children regarding the care and maintenance of equipment and facilities, and maintaining coordination meetings with the schools.
The project is aimed at school-age children whose families are in a situation of socio-economic difficulties.
The project lasts a year, from January to December 2012.
The budget for this project amounts to 17,500 euros.
