More aid for employment through walas (23/01/2012)

The City of Murcia, through the Department of Employment and Culture launches today a new initiative to promote employment and encourage enterprise culture.

Employment Agents and Local Development will develop during the first half of 2012 various training activities through workshops of two hours to be performed in twenty-four districts of the municipality from January to June, the classrooms using walas cultural center on schedule morning and afternoon.

The circumstances of the current job market and the introduction of new technologies require some knowledge of job seekers that the city of Murcia easier to optimize the chances of access to that market.

Also it is essential to foster an entrepreneurial culture to introduce participants to the characteristics of the self, so that those who have raised up a company to receive training and information about legal forms and legal procedures to establish businesses and how to access available grants and subsidies.

Employment Agents and Local Development of the City of Murcia have as main objective the promotion of activities and projects for sustainable socioeconomic development of the municipality of Murcia, as well as the use of own resources in support of business initiatives and for self-employment generated in Murcia.

Therefore develop throughout the municipality shares information and advice on employment since 2010.

Among its functions is the attention of entrepreneurs as they arise and the promotion of enterprise culture for the establishment of new entrepreneurs.

Training activities are developed in workshops for small groups (6 to 14 people), whose theme is divided into two blocks:

1.

Improving employability .- Two workshops of two hours duration each is intended to enable and help you plan your job search, using new technologies.

· Options for employment, which will be known alternatives and work aspects that we consider to improve accessibility to the labor market.

· Internet: Tool of employment, which are given to know the tools and Internet resources in this field.

2.

Starting a Business .- It consists of two workshops of two hours duration each is intended to give a first approach to entrepreneurship and business creation.

· The idea and the environment in which work issues surrounding entrepreneurship, creativity and motivation to undertake.

· The challenge of undertaking, which will provide training on business plan formalities and funding opportunities aimed at those with a business idea and wants to take.

The planning for the first half of 2012 is:

· January: Churra, James and Zaraiche, Sucina and Lobosillo

· February: The Esparragal, El Raal, Los Martínez del Puerto and Jer.Avileses

· March: Javalí New Javalí Viejo, Sangonera la Seca and Santo Angel

· April: San Ginés, Nonduermas, and Monteagudo Torreagüera

May: Puebla de Soto, Raya, Pain and Zeneta

· June: The Albatalía, Llano de Bruges, Gea y Truyols and Glens of St. Peter
