The course lasts two years, in which students receive a salary while learning a trade
Forty young unemployed receive training at the School Workshop "Youth Access Centre.
Phase II ", to promote their employment.
This month has started the course, which lasts two years and includes a six-month training period in which students take on a grant from the SEF.
The remaining eighteen months is the training phase alternating with professional practice, students will be hired her by the City through the modality of the training contract, receiving 75% of the minimum wage in the first year (539 €) and then 100%.
Workshop Schools are joint programs aimed at training and employment is the insertion of unemployed under 25 years of qualification through alternating with work.
Training activities included in this workshop are those relating School at 7 following specialties:

Jardinería y Medio Ambiente.
Carpentry and Joinery.
·
Cerrajería y Forja.
Electricity and Renewable Energy.
·
Fontanería, Calefacción y Energía Solar Térmica.
Masonry and Restoration.
·
Pintura, Estuco y Acabados de la Construcción.
Within each specialty will be given the necessary training so that students can access two professional certificates and the following modules:

Prevención de Riesgos Laborales
Resources and improving job search
·
Economía social y Autoempleo
Computer Literacy
·
Igualdad de Género
Environmental Awareness
·
Formación Básica que facilite la obtención del título de Graduado en Educación Secundaria Obligatoria, para aquellos alumnos que no la posean.
Además, se incluirán actividades de montaje, instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de instalaciones solares térmicas y fotovoltaicas, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de instalaciones de fontanería, contra incendios y agua caliente sanitaria, eléctricas y de climatización en diversos centros públicos municipales y la conservación y mantenimiento de parques y jardines municipales.
Así como acabados (instalaciones para viveros de empresa en el Centro de Iniciativas Municipales (CIM)) en instalaciones municipales destinadas a programas de empleo y ayuda y promoción a emprendedores.
