Detainee two maids who stole jewelry and cash in the homes where they worked (12/01/2012)

Agents of the Police Headquarters of Murcia, outside the District Commissioner of San Andrés, have arrested two women of Spanish and Colombian nationality and 37 and 57 years old, respectively, both residents of Murcia, as allegedly responsible for the theft of jewelry and money from the homes where they worked as domestic servants.

The investigations began when the owners of the house noticed the disappearance of various jewels, as well as some amounts of cash.

After complaints, the researchers initiated Station San Andrés both investigations, which have coincided in time with the corresponding visual inspections in the homes, ensuring that there were no signs of tampering or audit trails of people outside the usual residents and domestic workers who worked in the above addresses.

After practicing the necessary steps, it was found that the alleged perpetrators of thefts carried out in each of the homes were domestic workers, which in one case had stolen jewelry such as watches, bracelets, earrings, valued at 44,000 euros and the other, the amount of 59,120 euros in cash that the inhabitants kept in the house.

For this reason, we proceeded to the arrest of the alleged responsible for the facts investigated who are charged two separate offenses of theft continued.

The arrests were carried out on days 3 and 4 January 2012, managed to recover and return to their owners all stolen.
