District Councillor Murcia Golf participates in the National Board of RADAR

The National Board of the National Network of Rural Development, RADAR, which met recently and participating in the Council District Murcia Field, Manuel Duran, has agreed to request the new government of Mariano Rajoy the implementation of a program national rural development, endowed

skills and funds to establish a common framework for the 17 Rural Development Programs (RDP) autonomous.

The Campo de Murcia is part of the Local Action Group Campodos.

The meeting was held at the Ministry of Agriculture and was attended by the Director General of Rural Development.

Likewise, RADAR claims that the new government takes a negotiating position loud and clear in defense of the Spanish countryside to the EU.

RADAR considered essential to strengthen rural areas, making them true poles of rural development that is configured as an alternative to key urban designs.

For the network, the solution to the problems facing the Spanish countryside passing through concerted action by the different administrations, which measures should be contemplated in a coordinated strategy designed for each territory.

The State Rural Development Network (RADAR) is a Spanish federation of associations and development agencies with a national scope.

It was launched on December 20, 1997 and currently consists of 88 local action groups of seven autonomous communities.

This set for launch on December 28 a meeting to form the Network of Rural Development Murcia.
