Murcia has 442,064 inhabitants (22/12/2011)

Thus, as of January 1, 2011, Murcia has 442,064 inhabitants had, which is 947 more than in the previous year

Of these 442,064 Murcia, 223,702 are women and 218,362 men.

Thus, districts with the most registered voters are, in order, El Carmen (21 552), Vistalegre (14 933) and Infante Juan Manuel (13 849).

As for districts, El Palmar is the most populous, with 23,275 people, followed by Bacons Bridge (16 940) and head of Torres (12 326).

In this way, Cabeza de Torres becomes the third most populated parish (formerly La Alberca, which now has 12 313).

The number of registered foreigners to January 1, 2011 is 59,142, which is 1245 people less than in the previous year.
