The Mayor, Miguel Angel House, this morning held a meeting with the president of the COE
The proposed construction of an Olympic city in Murcia, in the vicinity of Avenida Juan de Borbon, remains among the future actions will be undertaken when economic circumstances permit.
This has been one of the issues addressed today by the Mayor, Miguel Angel House, at a meeting held with the President of the Spanish Olympic Committee, Alejandro Blanco, who is visiting Murcia.
He has also attended the meeting Councillor for Sports, Youth and Tourism, Miguel Cascales.
The relationship between the city of Murcia and the COE have always been close and cordial, especially since the organization of the Olympic Days European Youth held in 2001.
