Councillors Affects Urban Quality and Infrastructure, Town Planning and Environment An Office of Works and Municipal Projects and the Office of Licensing and Professional Care
The Governing Board today approved the new organizational structure of the departments of Urban Quality and Infrastructure, Planning and Housing and Environment.
This change is intended to provide a Serb citizens more agile, efficient and friendly, adapt the administration to the new reality.
In addition, the dissolution of the Planning Department to become Department of Housing and Urban Development calls for a realignment of services by creating new areas.
Within the Department of Urban Quality and Infrastructure will create the Office of Works and Municipal Project agreement, according to Plenary November 23, 2011 -.
This office will integrate the existing Public Highway Services, Office of Engineering Technology, Office of Technical Architecture, Infrastructures, Housing Works and Technical Services Activities and Infrastructure, to be divided into four main areas are: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Industrial and Urban Quality.
With this new organization the Planning Department will have two areas, a legal-technical and other administrative and maintain the areas of Planning, Urban Management, Town Planning and Housing.
Another new feature within the Urban restructuring is the creation of the Office of Licensing and Professional Care for the Department of Planning, which aims to speed up processing the licenses.
In the Department of Environment will unify the leadership of Environment and Parks and Gardens, and will have a common administrative area.
