The City collects over 133,000 digitized historical documents (14/12/2011)

The files correspond to the Chapter of the eighteenth century records and newspapers and magazines of the nineteenth and early twentieth

The councilman of Culture, Rafael Gomez, has collected this morning a series of digitized historical documents, within which is the sixth phase of the Crimson.

The ceremony, which took place this morning at the Regional Archives, has also had the presence of the council responsible for other municipalities in the Region of Murcia, namely Fortuna, Jumilla, Yecla and Molina de Segura.

In the municipality of Murcia, have been digitized records files Chapter XVIII century, from 1701 to 1800, with a total of 58,787 pages in that time period.

On the other hand, it also has delivered a large volume of documents from newspapers and magazines for the nineteenth century until the 40s of the twentieth century.
