This forceful has shown this afternoon at the Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) the adviser of the UN Organization for Industrial Development (UNIDO) and the Industrial Restructuring Fund-FONDON (Venezuela) Yuri Caldera.

Consumer expert, delivered the conference `regulation, legislation and consumer protection in Latin America ', in the context of the Second Conference on Market Economy and Innovation in Food, sponsored by San Antonio Technologies.

Caldera Yuri explained that the society demands an innovative and safe food market with food which do not present potential health risks and that in turn add value to contribute to strengthening it and has stated that his work as adviser to the UN Industrial Development Organization is to support organizations for goods and services in the implementation of management changes involve promoting sustainable practices.

United Nations adviser has said that the legislation on consumer protection is implemented in all countries of Latin America.

However has stated that since it is a multicultural and diverse community from the standpoint of economic, political and cultural, there are marked differences when assessing the application and scope of the rules.
