Optimize resources, reduce costs and streamline the procedures are the main objectives of this realignment of services
The Office of Works and Municipal Projects starts today with the approval of the Governing Board of the City of Murcia, which has given its approval to the creation and appointment of the director.
This new office of Municipal Works and Projects, who runs Ana Martinez Vidal, born with the goal of improving collaboration, coordination and work between the different municipal technical services, while intended to optimize resources in order to reduce costs and streamline procedures.
Remember that the Office of Works and Municipal Projects was announced by the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Angel House, following the establishment of the new Municipal Corporation, as a measure to optimize resources and streamline procedures.
The Office of Municipal Works and Projects, which takes place under the direction of Jose Luis Giménez, adjust the following offices:
- Technical Support Project
- Service Infrastructures
- The Department of Construction Projects
- The activity and electricity service
- Public Service Way.
Today, in addition to agreeing the launch of the Office and the appointment of its director, the Governing Board also approved to instruct the head of the Office of Works and Municipal Projects developing a flowchart, which will reorganize services generating a greater coordination, efficiency, effectiveness and speed in processing municipal technicians.
