The municipality of Murcia is presented in Madrid and has its typical products Expotapa the fair, an activity that is done within the fair HOREQ (from Restaurant Equipment) to be held in IFEMA (Madrid) from 21 to 23 November.

'Savour Spain', developed by the City Council with Hostemur for the promotion of Murcia as a tourist destination, presents Expotapa destinations with counts and the most characteristic products of each area.

Also, there will be a presentation of the city that will highlight the tapas as the city's gastronomic tradition, quality and variety of produce from the garden and the sea, the wines of the region, the hospitality and generosity of the Murcia, the cultural, heritage and activity of Murcia as a congress city.

Murcia's presentation will take place tomorrow, at 13.30, in charge of food journalist David Fernández-Prada.

'Savour Spain' - 'Tasting Spain'-chaired by the renowned chef Pedro Subijana, and aims to broaden the concept of culinary tourism, develop experiences around food culture, capture new markets, enhance collective restoration, etc..
