Planning approves the project of expropriation to obtain land for the second phase of coastal North and South (18/11/2011)

The Planning Advisory Board has approved this morning several cases of expropriation and direct occupation of land in order to obtain the land for the construction of the second phase of coastal North and South.

This is a step closer to the works of these roads may be under way in 2012.

The Board of Directors on Tuesday approved Urbamusa projects in the second phase of the Coastal North and South.

These roads are high capacity roads landscaped median and bike lanes, which are designed to absorb 80,000 vehicles a day and improve accessibility in 14 villages.

Urbamusa is responsible for carrying out the works.

The North Coast Cabezo Torres joins with La Nora, with a length of 12 kilometers, while the South Coast TorreagÃ¼era join El Palmar with a total length of 10.07 kilometers.

Among the general characteristics of these roads is access on sidewalks, fords and pedestrian signage, LED lighting increases road safety and vehicle protection bionda, motorcyclists and wooden fence to protect pedestrians and cyclists and incorporation of existing roads leave no isolated area.
