The Board of Directors has approved this morning Urbamusa the second phase of the Coastal North and South, the great road to improve accessibility in 14 villages.

The decision of the Board of Directors of the Municipal Urbanizadora must receive the approval of the Governing Board of the City to begin the tendering of the works.

The projects of these roads have the following characteristics:

-Environment: circular roundabouts in LED lighting is an increase in energy efficiency, as well as an increase in road safety.

The approved sections are:

-Connection between Nora and access roundabout UCAM-urbanized, with a length of 772 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 2.5 million euros.

-Restructuring of the existing road linking the roundabout to access UCAM-Villages and the North Coast in Guadeloupe, with a length of 1,042 meters, a deadline of 11 months and a budget of 2.7 million euros.

-Stretch that connects the Villages with access to the northern access to Cabeza de Torres, a length of 715 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 2.4 million euros.

-Road that connects the northern entrance to Cabeza de Torres with a link to the A4, with a length of 1,050 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 3.1 million euros.

Road link-A4 road access to industrial area, with a length of 610 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 2.7 million euros.

-Highway that connects the industrial area with the access roundabout Urbanziaciones-Santomera, with a length of 1,000 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 2.4 million euros.

-Doubling of the A4 road and access to the A7, with a length of 935 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 2.2 million euros.

The South Coast is the great road that will connect the beach in Torreagüera with a total length of 10.07 kilometers.

Projects approved in this road are:

-Vial of connection between El Palmar and La Alberca, with a length of 630 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 2.3 million euros.

-A30 viaduct over highway access and connection to El Palmar and the South Coast, with a length of 240 meters, an execution period of 14 months and a budget of 3.5 million euros.

-Vial of connection between El Palmar and San Ginés, a length of 1,400 m and a lead time of 7 months and a budget of 1.8 million euros.

The Municipal Urbanizadora is formed by the City and the region.

The President is the Mayor of Murcia, Miguel Ángel Cámara, and the Vice President is the Minister of Public Works and Planning, Antonio Sevilla.
