Medieval II Murcia The seminar, organized by the University of Murcia through the Center for Medieval Studies, held tomorrow, day 8, a conference that will discuss the relationship between King Jaime I "The Conqueror" and the Kingdom of Murcia.
The talk will be offered, at 19:00 pm at the Museum of Fine Arts of Murcia, a professor at the University of Alicante José Vicente Cabezuelo, an expert in organizational and institutional issues in the former Crown of Aragon.
On Friday 11, at the same time and place, will develop a presentation by a professor at the University of Barcelona and president of the Spanish Society for Medieval Studies, Salvador Claramunt, which will address in his speech to the medieval origins of the university.
The seminar was opened last week at the University of Murcia by the director of the Center for Medieval Studies, Juan Francisco Jimenez, who gave way to the renowned medievalist conference Jorge Ángel García de Cortázar, who spoke of the twelfth century.
The entrance to the conference is free to fill seats.
