The Municipal Office of the Bicycle, is conducting an information campaign to promote cycling and tram to go to college.
For this we have installed an informative display at the Catholic University (in the busiest area of ​​the Catholic University, called the pergola area, next to the lecture halls and cafeteria) which is then transferred to the Merced Campus and the Campus Espinardo.
This exhibitor is reporting that there are different possibilities to get to the University using sustainable modes of transport: intermodality using bike-tram (since the bike can go up the tram at no cost), using the polite way Murcia - the Ñora, and the itinerary departing from the Plaza Circular, Juan Carlos I to Espinardo and from there to the UCAM.
For this we use cycle paths, roads and ciclocalles kind.
The shelter will remain in the UCAM until Friday 28, at a time of 10 to 12 hours and 17 to 19 hours, coinciding with the breaks.
This conference will be held on the campus of Mercy the week of 7 to 11 November and on the campus of Espinardo of 14 to 18 November.
In this stand as well as all information services and promotion of cycling as a transport, we also offer other services such as:
· Tips Sheet, where everyone can contribute their ideas and recommendations.
· Sheets exchange of second hand bikes between individuals
· Leaves of e-mails, so that everyone who wants to become part of our database and receive news of the Municipal Office of the Bicycle
· Brochures volunteer for people committed to the environment can be a part of volunteering for the planet
· Brochures kind of the 5 routes and information about the routes that we do on the weekends.
· Brochures on how to rent a bike and how to use a public bicycle parking.
